1. Introduction

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and y388 ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The User engages in conduct that y388 reasonably considers harmful to the Platform, other Users or any third party;
• y388 is required to do so by applicable law, court order or regulatory direction;
• Continued provision of access to the User would expose y388 to legal, reputational or regulatory risk.

Termination of access does not affect the continuing application of these Terms to past use of the Platform. Provisions that by their nature survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — shall continue to apply following termination.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which y388 operates, to the extent permitted by law.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that local mandatory consumer protection and gambling-related legislation may apply in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable mandatory local law, the mandatory local law provisions shall prevail to the extent required.

Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to the courts or arbitral bodies of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause restricts a User's right to bring proceedings in any court of competent jurisdiction where such right exists under applicable law.
